Choosing to embark upon therapy is a courageous decision and the first step to creating the changes you want in your life.

It can also feel very daunting and raise many questions.

It is therefore essential that you feel your therapist is someone you can trust and who you feel understands you and your world. With this in mind, I offer an initial 30 minute consultation at no charge to you, in order to establish the issues you are bringing to therapy,

to ensure you are comfortable with me and that we would work well together.

SESSIONS:

I currently work remotely via online zoom link and telephone.

I aim to have face to face appointments available in the near future. Each session lasts 1 hour.

Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly depending on your requirements and can be discussed in the first session together.

charges:

Normal rates are £50.00 for remote sessions and £55.00 for face to face sessions. I do hold a set number of appointments per week offered at a concessionary rate dependent upon your financial circumstances and this can be discussed at the initial consultation.

availability:

Appointments are available weekdays, some evenings and Saturday mornings.

REVIEWS AND ENDINGS:

Throughout our work together I will schedule regular reviews to check that what we’re doing is helpful to you, and that we’re focusing on the problems you want to address. Normally you will know when the right time comes to end counselling, though I will support you in making this decision.
